Can not use app while need to show airport staff , no email receive for boarding pass even you let app send it after checking in, what do you made this app for???????

There is an error with the app and the website that will not let you purchase add ons. It takes you to a screen where you enter the date of birth then it will not go any further.
This airlines sucks, very poor service.
This app was a website login. This is not the application.
Why this app need login every time? , can't check-in , can't add booking

อัพเดตใหม่แต่พัฒนาลง ตอนนี้ไม่สามารถล็อกอินได้ ไม่สามารถแสดง e-ticket แบบเดิมได้ กลายเป็นเอาหน้ากากแบบเวปมาอยู่ในมือถือ ทำให้ใช้งานยาก แต่ก่อนเคยเพิ่ม booking กดดู e-ticket ได้เลย ตอนนี้ต้องกดไปต่อหลายครั้ง แล้วรูปแบบที่แสดงบนมือถือก็ไม่ปรับให้เข้ากับการแสดงผลของมือถือ สรุป กลับไปเป็นแบบเดิมยังเกิดประโยชน์มากกว่า พัฒนาใหม่ครั้งนี้ถือได้ว่าไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ใช้งานยาก ตัดฟังค์ชั่นที่ลูกค้าต้องการออกไป
