"อัพเดตใหม่แต่พัฒนาลง ตอนนี้ไม่สามารถล็อกอินได้ ไม่สามารถแสดง e-ticket แบบเดิมได้ กลายเป็นเอาหน้ากากแบบเวปมาอยู่ในมือถือ ทำให้ใช้งานยาก แต่ก่อนเคยเพิ่ม booking กดดู e-ticket ได้เลย ตอนนี้ต้องกดไปต่อหลายครั้ง แล้วรูปแบบที่แสดงบนมือถือก็ไม่ปรับให้เข้ากับการแสดงผลของมือถือ สรุป กลับไปเป็นแบบเดิมยังเกิดประโยชน์มากกว่า พัฒนาใหม่ครั้งนี้ถือได้ว่าไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า ใช้งานยาก ตัดฟังค์ชั่นที่ลูกค้าต้องการออกไป"
